Cleaning Specification Schedules
The cleaning of The Archway Campus is contracted to Office and General
(O&G). In accordance with the terms and conditions of contract the
contractor is required to achieve the following cleaning standards. The
schedule of cleaning is broken down into twenty-four items (as listed
below). The numbering system used relates directly to the clauses of
the contract. Under each item is listed the daily, weekly or periodical
cleaning that is required. If you consider these cleaning standards are
not being maintained at any time as detailed under the relevant item
please bring this to the attention of The Archway Campus Site Manager.
Concerns will be noted and raised at monthly contract monitoring meetings
held with the contractor. General comments about the service can also
be raised at the Archway User Group meetings.
