The centralised booking system for learning resources (seminar rooms and lecture theatres) has been developed in partnership between the two universities with the support of the Whittington Trust. The service caters for the needs of UCL (on the Whittington Campus) and for the needs of Middlesex University (with particular reference to the School of Health and Social Sciences) on the Whittington, Royal Free Chase Farm and North Middlesex Hospital Campuses.

The service forms part of the Estates and Facilities function of The Archway Campus, which is the overall responsibility of Junior Joseph, Site Manager. Day to day management of the service is undertaken by our dedicated room booking administrators, Coral Brown .

The aim of this service is to improve efficiency in the use of our facilities for each institution and also to make available to partnering institutions the use of facilities if not being used. Comments on our service are welcome.
