MASTER OF SCIENCE & GRADUATE DIPLOMA IN

SPORTS AND EXERCISE MEDICINE

COURSE INFORMATION

2007-2008

Course Fees

The College fee for home and EU students is £5,275 and for non-EU overseas £16,220. Fees for Graduate Diploma are 2/3rds the MSc fee. Note also that the UCL fees do not include fees payable for taking the Diploma exams of the IABSEM.

Financing postgraduate study

The cost of living in London is estimated at £9000 per year for a single student with no dependants who is studying full time. Then there are the fees on top. So taking a full time M Sc is a major financial decision. However, a wide range of sources of funding are exploited by postgraduate students. The UCL web pages Information for prospective students - financial matters have lots of useful information. Another good source of information is the Prospects web site. Career Development Loans have been obtained by some of our students and information about them can be obtained by ringing 0800 585 505.

Accommodation

It may be possible for some students to obtain accommodation in the proximity of the College and School. Details of College accommodation can be obtained from UCL web pages or from the Student Residence Office, University College London, 117 Gower St., London WC1E 6AP, e-mail residences@ucl.ac.uk, phone +44 (0)20 7679 7077
