Access to HMIC
 
HMIC is a health management database.It stands for Health Management Information Consortium. It contains material from the Kings Fund Library and the Nuffield Institute for Health Information Resource Centre at Leeds University Library. It contains 100,000 references, extending back to 1979. it also contains references from DH-Data, which is produced by the Department of Health Library and Information Service.
UCL access to HMIC is OVID SP. If you are using a non-UCL computer you will need to log-in using your IS username and password.
NHS staff can access HMIC via their NHS ATHENS account. For more information on eligability and registration for an NHS ATHENS please click here.
